LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE

This is a legal agreement between you, the USER (either an individual or
an entity), and SPEEREO SOFTWARE U.K.LTD (subsequently "SPEEREO").
Installing SPEEREO's speech recognition software constitutes acceptance
of the terms of this License Agreement (subsequently "AGREEMENT"). If
you do not agree to the terms of the AGREEMENT, you may not install this
software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE

This proprietary speech recognition software (subsequently "SOFTWARE")
is a set of computer programs together with the accompanying
description.

A. Full license

The full license allows the USER to use 11 target languages (English,
Spanish, German, French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish,
Portuguese and Italian. The supplementary languages may be purchased
for an additional fee.

SPEEREO conveys the non-exclusive right to use its SOFTWARE to the USER
on terms and conditions set forth in the AGREEMENT. SPEEREO reserves any
rights not expressly granted to the USER and retains ownership of the
SOFTWARE.
